Jeff Pullen

Inspired by Earth Wind & Fire, Chicago, and Motown, Jeff Pullen started his own bands, Hardwater and Portrait, which toured from Michigan to New York City before he became lead percussionist for Marietta's LooSE ShoEs Band, a Modern Rock Band Award winner. As an experienced drummer, he plays jazz, blues, and rock at local clubs, corporate functions, and events, teaming with fellow musicians as a duo, quartet, or full ensemble member. Jeff enjoys performing for live musical theater shows (Honk, Oliver), teaching drum lessons, and collaborating on original CD recordings. Reporter Mike Alton writes, “Drummer Jeff Pullen has a light, almost jazzy, touch that makes everything sound a bit like the Grateful Dead with a sense of purpose.” He is a member of NARD, the National Association of Rudimental Drumming.
